Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. and Bronxites welcomed the holiday season at the borough’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Thursday, December 7 at the Bronx County Building.
The festive celebration featured the lighting of a Christmas tree draped in hundreds of lights, live music performances by the Celia Cruz Bronx High School and Millennium Art Academy choirs and a visit from North Pole natives Santa and Mrs. Claus.
