“My experience and time in the Bronx taught me much more than I could ever realize,” Mitchell said, noting the widespread cultural and culinary aspects of uptown that he dabbled in during his tenure.
Mitchell also previously hosted “BX Express,” a news-magazine BronxNet program where he interviewed Super Bowl Champion and Bronx Native Willie Colon and tried over a dozen slices of pizza on air.
