The Bronx Chamber of Commerce toasted several distinguished Hispanic leaders at its eighth annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration on Thursday, September 28 at Tosca’s Marquee. This year’s Leadership Award honorees were Carmelo Alvarado, TD Bank relationship manager and vice president; 49th Precinct police officer Norkiss Andino; Nydia Edgecombe, Hostos Community College Development and Alumni Relations director; Joe Ithier, Red Apple Group consultant; Dulce Maria Nunez, A.S.A.P. Mortgage Corp. licensed mortgage originator and Luis Eladio Torres, C.S. 55 principal.
