New student teacher
King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA reports Emma Donnelly, a resident of the borough, recently began a student teaching assignment at Dan Flood Elementary in Wilkes-Barre, PA, where she works with the fourth grade and in the first to third grade learning support classroom.
She is a senior elementary and special education student at King, and is on the Dean’s List.
V-Day Celebration
The Findlay House in Melrose will present its Valentine’s Day celebration featuring Butch Barbella & the Streets of the Bronx band on Friday, February 12. The host for the event is housing director Chris Pignone and staff.
