Fresh Air Fund alum deputy inspector Ernest Morales, 42nd Precinct commanding officer, was the keynote speaker at the Fresh Air Fund Friendly Towns Conference on Sunday, February 5 at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. Morales, who spent eight years participating in the Fresh Air Fund Friendly Towns Programs as a child, reflected on his experiences and the impact his volunteer host family made on his life before approximately 300 volunteers in attendance.
