The Third Avenue Business Improvement District honored several local leaders at its annual meeting and breakfast on Wednesday, June 6 at Metropolitan College of New York. This year’s exemplary honorees included Councilman Rafael Salamanca, La Central developer Hudson Companies, opioid treatments pioneer Dr. Melissa Freeman and posthumous Lifetime Achievement to the Avenue Award recipient Eli Saad.
