Devoy from Edgewater Park, a retired USMC master sergeant. Lining the parade route were students from 15 local schools. The march along East Tremont Avenue, Randall Avenue and the Throgs Neck Expressway service road culminated with a ceremony at Bicentennial Veterans Memorial Park.
