A tractor trailer truck struck the Westchester Avenue overpass above the Hutchinson River Parkway’s northbound lane on Friday, December 9 resulting in long traffic delays.
According to a FDNY spokesman, six units and 30 firefighters were dispatched to the scene at 11:25 a.m.
The truck’s trailer was damaged by the crash.
No injuries were reported following the incident.
