The Tasty Ladies of NY judged over 25 local restaurants at the eighth annual Allerton Avenue International Festival and Food Show on Saturday, July 18. The three winning restaurants picked by the Tasty Ladies were first place Antojitos Mexicano De Goyo, second place Mr. Q and third place Trini Delight. During the event, which was hosted by Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj, the Allerton International Merchants Association and Bronx Chamber of Commerce, the Tasty Ladies introduced their newest member, Lourdes Gamez. Other festivities included music, dancing and face painting for the kids.
