From Thursday, August 8 to Saturday, August 10, Councilman Andy King attended the Black, Latino and Asian Legislators and Laborers Retreat in St. Thomas of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
King and other retreat participants went to My Brother’s Workshop where they learned to assemble school yard benches for Yvonne Milliner-Bowsky Elementary School which is still recovering from two Category 5 storms.
