Students from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Sciences/CUNY School of Medicine recently completed their eight-week clerkship/internship at St. Barnabas Hospital.
The students, who completed their third of seven years in the medical school program that is a clinical affiliate of SBH, worked with preceptors at the hospital to complete community projects and case studies that ranged from adverse childhood experiences and the consequences of trauma, to patient mistrust in healthcare settings.
