A 31-year-old man was gunned down in cold blood outside the Mill Brook Houses late Monday evening. According to police, the victim, Jaquan Lawrence, a Mill Brook Houses resident, was shot in the head outside the NYCHA complex at 165 St. Ann’s Avenue on Monday, August 8 at approximately 11:30 p.m. Lawrence was pronounced dead at the scene and no suspects have been yet identified in this ongoing investigation.
