SOMOS Community Care, Webster Family Medical Center, Healthfirst, Fidelis Care and Get Focused co-hosted a community health fair on Saturday, September 8 at East 167th Street between Webster and Brook avenues. Local families enjoyed live music, face painting, a free Get Focused pop-up where children ‘purchased’ their favorite books by completing fitness challenges guided by certified trainers and free health screenings for high blood pressure and diabetes courtesy of SOMOS.
