Running For A Good Cause
Albert Einstein College of Medicine student and runner Sarah Mizrachi ran in the New York City Marathon on Sunday, November 6.
She ran as part of a team honoring a client of The Blue Card, a charity that provides direct financial aid to Holocaust survivors.
Spelling Bee Champs
The Success Academy Charter School Network counted two winners from the borough in their citywide spelling bee. Treasure Tingah from West Farms and Jaylon McMillion from Longwood both earned honors in the competition.
