The Waterbury-LaSalle Community Association held an arts and crafts sale and fundraiser on Saturday, November 7 at First Lutheran Church of Throggs Neck. Some of the proceeds from the sale, which featured the products and talents of local artists and artisans, benefitted AMVETS Post #38. The post is still in the process of rebuilding its waterfront building after it was ravaged in Superstorm Sandy.
