Sunday, November 20 at 12:33 p.m. — Cops responded to a 911 call of a man shot inside of 1058 Southern Boulevard. When they arrived on the scene, they found a 19-year-old man unconscious. The man had several gunshot wounds to his torso. EMS responded and pronounced the man dead on the scene. Police were investigating it as a homicide.

43 Precinct

Sunday, November 6 at 1:30 a.m. — Cops are investigating an attempted rape that was reported near Taylor Avenue. The victim, a 20-year-old woman, reports that a person used her fire escape to enter an apartment through a kitchen window. The man, described as black with a light complexion, demanding that she touch his penis and the victim complied. The man masturbated and ejaculated on the floor, fleeing the location through the fire escape. The victim was taken to Jacobi Medical Center for evaluation. The man is described as being five feet, seven inches all and weighing about 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing light colored hat, dark colored pants, black and white shoes, and a light colored jacket.

45 Precinct

Saturday, November 26 at 2:54 p.m. — Cops responded to a 911 call about a possible crime at 620 Baychester Avenue in Co-op City. When they arrived at the apartment they were called to, they found a a 44-year-old woman unconscious and unresponsive with stab wounds to her body. EMS pronounced the woman dead. The case is being investigated as a homicide.

49 Precinct

Saturday, November 26 at 10:36 p.m. — Police got a report of a liquor store robbery at 977 Allerton Avenue. A man approached an employee, a 43-year-old man, with a handgun. He demanded money. The employee complied and give the robber about $3,300. He also took a cordless phone, three phones and a bottle of liquor before fleeing east on Allerton Avenue. Ccops are looking for a man who is about five feet, nine inches tall. Last seen wearing a black and gray jacket, black sneakers and a black and white winter hat.

52 Precinct

Wednesday, November 16 at 8:31 p.m. — Police are looking for people seen on a surveillance video firing shots. Cops got a report of shots fire on a crowded street near the intersection of East 194th Street and Briggs Avenue. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. The person firing the shots appears as a black man who is roughly between the ages of 18-years-old and 27-years-old. He has dark complexion and a thin build. He was last seen wearing an earring in his right ear, a dark-colored bubble coat and dark pants.
