Providence Rest hosted its first Hispanic Night on Wednesday, December 2. Residents enjoyed spending the night with their families dancing and listening to live salsa band ‘Sabor de Ayer.’ Festive decorations lined the walls while families and residents enjoyed a homemade Puerto Rican meal of pernil and arroz con pollo.
