Tuesday, July 5, 10:00 p.m. — Cops received a report of a forcible touching incident at Elton Avenue and East 156th Street.
A 39-year-old woman reports that a black man, approximately 16-years-old and five feet, eight inches tall grabbed her buttocks before fleeing the location.
Police have reports of a similar incident and suspect when a 33-year-old woman was walking in front of 2882 Third Avenue and was grabbed on her breast at 10:15 p.m. that same night. The suspect was wearing a blue football jersey, blue shorts and white sneakers.
44 Precinct
Monday, June 27, 8:10 a.m. — A 32-year-old woman was the victim of a grand larceny at the corner of Wythe Place and East 170th Street. The woman was talking on a cell phone when the suspect snatched it out of her hands and fled on East 170th Street.
The suspect is a black man, about 20- to 30-years-old, six feet tall and 195 pounds. He has black hair and medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a white baseball hat, white sneakers and a gray jacket.
45 Precinct
Saturday, May 28, 11:54 a.m.. — A larceny occurred at a store. The suspect asked a 26-year-old employee to show him a cell phone. The employee of the store put the cell phone, which was in its box, on the counter.
When the employee turned away the suspect picked up the box and ran out of the store. The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic man who is 25- to 35-years-old. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, sunglasses, white sneakers and red shorts.
49 Precinct
Sunday, June 5, 2:00 p.m. — There was a 911 call reported to police about an attempted robbery near Bogart and Lydig avenues where three suspects posed as police officers. They impersonated law enforcement personnel to gain access to a residence. Once inside, one of the suspects took out a handgun. Nothing was taken from the residence and no one was injured. The suspects fled in two vehicles: a red van and a black SUV. They are described as two Black men who are 30- to 35-years-old and an Hispanic man in the same age range. One of the suspects was carrying a yellow duffle bag.
