40 Precinct

Thursday, January 12 at 10:00 a.m. — A robbery occurred at an apartment on East 156th Street. A Hispanic man entered a 59-year-old woman’s apartment when she was not home. Shortly after entering he was confronted by the woman in the hallway and simulated having a gun. He told her to open the door and once inside took two tablet computers, a Play Station, $380 cash and three watches. He then fled. The person police are looking for is about five feet, eight inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He has a pony tail and medium tone blotchy skin.

42 Precinct

Thursday, January 5 at 9:50 a.m. — A 16-year-old man was the victim of a robbery after exiting a bus near Webster Avenue and East 167th Street. He was walking on East 167th Street when someone approached him from behind and began talking to him. When they passed in front of 467 E. 167th Street, the person following the victim said he had a gun on him and demanded the 16-year-old’s cellphone. The victim handed over his iPhone. The person who took the phone is described as a black male who is close to six-feet-tall and weighing about 160 pounds. He has a dark complexion and was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, a blue vest, blue sweatpants and brown boots.

44 Precinct

Thursday, December 15 at 5:00 p.m. — Cops received a report of petit larceny at dollar store located at 1362 Jerome Avenue. A Hispanic man with a light complexion took a cashier drawer containing $462. The person taking the drawer is described as having a light complexion and being around five feet, ten inches tall. He was last seen wearing a black skull cap, black hooded sweatshirt, gray pants and black boots.

45 Precinct

Sunday, January 8 at 7:15 to 8:40 p.m.– Police report that 28 criminal mischief complaints have been reported in precincts around the borough after beginning in the 45th Precinct. Unknown people used marbles as projectiles to break windows of various businesses and glass in other locations. They were seen in a car described as a white four-door sedan with tinted windows.

49 Precinct

Thursday, December 22 at 1:50 p.m. — A man was entering his car parked in front of 736 Lydig Avenue when someone approached him with a knife and demanded property. The robber punched the victim in the face and cut his left hand. The person cops are looking for is an Hispanic man between 20 to 30-years-old. He had a medium complexion and facial hair.
