40 Precinct

Sunday, November 18 at 6:45 a.m — Cops received a report of a rape that occurred near St. Ann’s Avenue and East 135th Street. A 27-year-old woman encountered an unknown adult man who simulated a firearm and forced the victim into a building, where she was made to perform a sex act before being raped. The individual then fled the scene after taking $40 from the victim. The victim went to Lincoln Hospital where she was treated and released. The individual is a six-foot-tall black man with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweat pants and white sneakers.

42 Precinct

Tuesday, November 13 — Cops responded to another of what appears to be a series of rubbish fires being set since August inside of 818 Home Street in the Davidson Houses. No injuries have been reported in connection with these fires. An individual wanted for questioning is a Hispanic man in his late teens or early 20s. He was wearing a light brown hooded sweater, black jacket, black pants and eyeglasses. He was seen holding an umbrella and carrying a backpack.

Tuesday, November 27 at 1:47 a.m. — Police received a report of burglary inside of a residential building near Third Avenue and East 167th Street. A light-skinned man gained entry into the building’s basement after he broke a glass window on a door. Once inside the basement, the individual removed household goods and then fled.

43 Precinct

Tuesday, November 27 at 8:29 p.m. — An assault was reported to cops at the intersection of Manor Avenue and East 173rd Street. A 15-year-old female victim was walking with a group of friends when she was shot one time in her left hip. EMS took the young woman to Jacobi Hospital where she was in stable condition immediately following the incident. Two individuals are sought. One is a black man between 18-years-old and 20-years-old who was last seen wearing dark colored pants, hooded sweatshirt and a multi-colored jacket.

44 Precinct

Saturday, November 24 at 7:42 p.m. — Cops responded at a call concerning an assault at 760 Grand Concourse. When they got to the scene, they found a 45-year-old woman lying unresponsive with a gunshot to her face inside the apartment.

EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
