Ken Gelb attends a gala honoring him hosted by Rebekah Rehab at Marina Del Rey on Thursday, May 16, 2024. Connie Capaldo from Rebekah Rehab toasted the honoree and announced the rehabilitation clinic would be dedicating and naming its dialysis center the Kenneth T. Gelb Dialysis Room. “This award is very very much deserved,” Capaldo said. “I should know because I worked with him for over 22 years and I know what this man did. He took care of everything and everybody, he had a heart, not only did he run a business but he ran a staff and everybody loves him. Mr. Gelb, this lifetime achievement award is given to you for your dedication, your service and your caring for everyone and we all love you, congratulations.”Photo Paul FrangipanePhoto Paul FrangipanePhoto Paul FrangipaneKen Gelb, second from left, poses for a photo with his children and wife Beverly, right, during a gala honoring Mr. Gelb hosted by Rebekah Rehab at Marina Del Rey in the Bronx on Thursday, May 16, 2024.
