Laurielle Echevarria, a 14-year-old dancer from Performers Edge Dance Academy, has been dancing since the age of three and a part of the competition team since the age of five.

She trains in all genres of dance.

Being the youngest competitor in her elite group she always had to work harder to prove that was where she belonged.

Her passion for dance and huge personality has always allowed Laurielle to leave a mark wherever she has gone.

Her teachers are extremely proud of her success and look forward to what to what her future holds.

Laurielle has been invited to perform her award-winning lyrical solo ‘I Have Nothing’ choreographed by Stefanie Salaman Minetti, the director of Peda at Amateur Night at the Apollo Theater on Wednesday, July 31.

This is a dream come true for any performer to have the amazing opportunity to dance on the stage where many many of her idols have performed such as Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston.

Laurielle will advance according to an applaud meter so she invites her entire community to come out and cheer her on.

Tickets can be purchased through the Box Office at (212) 531-5303.

Laurielle Echevarria has been dancing since 3-years-old and a part of the competition team since 5-years-old.
