In partership with Pathways to Apprenticeship, council members Vanessa Gibson and Fernando Cabrera hosted a graduation ceremony on Wednesday, December 5 at Bronx Community College Gould Memorial Library Rotunda. The ceremony honored their 21 consitituents who have successfully completed the pre-apprenticeship training program and are ready to start careers in NYC’s unionized construction industry.
