The James Monroe Senior Center celebrated its 55th annual open house on Wednesday, September 14 by honoring NYPD Police Service 8 Area officer Joselito Garcia.To commemorate this special event, officer Garcia was presented a Liberty Medal in recognition of his dedication to the community he protects and serves.
