The IDNYC, a free government photo identification card program for New York City, set up shop in Assemblyman Benedetto’s Co-op City office at Dreiser Loop in March. IDNYC helps New Yorkers gain access to all city buildings that provide services to the public and is accepted as a form of identification for accessing numerous city programs. It can also be used to receive discounts at select museum and attractions.
