New Yorkers for Parks, the citywide independent champion of quality open space, honored extraordinary Daffodil Project volunteers from every borough at its annual Daffodil Breakfast on Tuesday, April 24 at the Battery Park Garden restaurant. bRepresenting the Bronx were honorees Jaime O. Feliberty and Joan Barnes of Friends of Soundview Park.
