Freightliner Collides Into Unoccupied Nissan

Police responded to a traffic accident involving a car and a Freightliner flatbed truck last week in Allerton. According to the NYPD, 49th Precinct police officers responded to a motor vehicle collision at Britton Street and Olinville Avenue on Monday, October 29 at 8:26 a.m. Upon arrival, police discovered that a 65-year-old man driving a 2010 truck attempted to make a left turn, but struck an unoccupied and parked 2004 Nissan. No arrests or summonses were issued following the incident.
