Edenwald Houses hosted its annual “Family Day” celebration in the northeast Bronx on Saturday, Aug. 10.
Several community members were in attendance for the Family Day celebration, where they got to enjoy the music, bouncy houses, treats, including an ice cream truck, meals and more.
In addition to Edenwald residents, multiple community leaders and organizations were on hand to help provide attendees with valuable resources and information. Elected officials Council Member Kevin C. Riley and State Senator Jamaal T. Bailey were both present for the event.
Some of the many tables set up for the Family Day celebration included a FDNY Fire Safety Education Unit table and a table from the Mosholu Montefiore Community Center.
The event was co-sponsored by the Edenwald Houses Resident Association, Camber Property Group and C+C Apartment Management.
