An article entitled ‘Pinnacle tenants unaware of $$ claim’ in the November 7, 2014 edition did not clarify that the facts expressed were from a 2011 lawsuit settlement and were not updated.
A spokesperson for the Pinnacle Group says the company downsized its real estate portfolio and has not owned the Lebanon Street building the reporter visited for more than four years.
The tenants who were quoted as saying they were unhappy with the building’s maintenance were referencing the current owner, not Pinnacle Group.
The Pinnacle spokesman further stated, “Pinnacle is proud of its record of providing safe and well managed housing for thousands of families, and that as with any large organization inadvertent errors will regrettably occur, which when they are brought to their attention they try to address and avoid having them recur.”
