To commemorate the 68th Anniversary of Israel’s independence, the Hebrew Institute of Riverdale-The Bayit and Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. hosted the Bronx Israel Independence Day Festival on Thursday, May 12 at 3700 Henry Hudson Parkway. The milestone celebration featured a walking tour of the Israel Independence Day Museum as well as family-friendly activities and live musical performances.
