The Bronx Community Justice Center, which works to make the borough safer and more equitable through community-driven public safety initiatives, hosted the third part of its NYCHA housing workshop series on Thursday, Dec. 12, at the Mott Haven Library.

This workshop, which ran from 12-5 p.m. in the third-floor meeting room of the library located at 321 E. 140th St. in Mott Haven, was presented in both English and Spanish. The Bronx Community Justice Center held it in partnership with the New York City Office of Neighborhood Safety, Legal Hand Bronx and the Bronx Defenders.

Individual NYCHA rental assistance sessions were provided during the latter part of the workshop, from 2:30 to 5 p.m., to support attendees facing rent and housing challenges.
