Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Bronx Alumnae Chapter and Pelham Gardens Middle School hosted a ‘Be Ready Be Safe Emergency Preparedness Fair’ on Saturday, May 12. Sponsored by the FDNY, the event featured Emergency Preparedness plans and workshops on home fire safety and evacuation plans, emergency action plans, fire protection plans, self-defense, building healthy relationships, immigration, IDNYC and legal services.
Dress For Success showed the teens how to present themselves in a proper way.
