Congratulations to proud parents Carolyn Doran and Chris Martucci on the birth of their daughter Alessandra Gabriella Martucci. She was born on December 31, arriving at 5:56 p.m., weighing 5 pounds, 9 ounces, measuring 19 inches.
Alessandra brought a new beginning to a new year. May your lives be filled with sticky fingers, dirty faces, lots of adventures to wonderful places and more hugs, kisses and joy filled memories from this day on. Birthday Wishes
Congratulations to Kathleen McElroy, a waitress at the Throggs Neck Clipper on East Tremont Avenue, who turned 75-years young on Tuesday, January 13. The Clipper staff recently went out to celebrate this milestone.
A member of the Clipper crew said: “Kathleen has been a waitress at the Clipper since the day it opened, almost 18 years ago. She is loved by the staff, owners, and all her many faithful customers who regularly come to see her.”
Lisa Soli, a mom from Waterbury-LaSalle, has a message for her son Nicholas Soli, who turns 10-years old on Saturday, February 7:
