Annual Halloween Parade hosted in Throggs Neck

The annual Throggs Neck Halloween Parade was held on Saturday, October 31, where local residents dressed in Halloween costumes came out to celebrate the national holiday. The parade, which started on Harding and East Tremont avenues, continued to the Throgs Neck Expressway Service Road and ended at the Throgs Neck Little League fields, where a Halloween street fair, carnival and costume contest took place. The parade was primarily sponsored by Assemblyman Michael Benedetto, along with Councilman James Vacca, Senator Jeff Klein and Congressman Joe Crowley.
