19-year-old girl fatally shot, two other teens and 24-year-old also hospitalized by Shoelace Park shooting

A 19-year-old girl was fatally shot while two teenagers and a 24-year-old were also hospitalized in from a shooting at Shoelace Park in the north Bronx earlier this month in the 47th Precinct, the NYPD recently reported.

The girl was identified as Tyanna Johnson of Seymour, Connecticut and was “shot about the body” at approximately 11:01 p.m. on Friday, June 12.

Johnson was rushed to Jacobi Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.

A 15-year-old boy was also shot in his rear, while a 16-year-old boy was shot in the ankle and a 24-year-old man was shot in the groin, police reported.

The 15-year-old was also rushed to Jacobi and was listed in stable condition while the 24 and 16-year-old were privately moved to Montefiore North Hospital prior to being transferred to Jacobi in reported stable condition.

Police released this footage and picture of the alleged killer, arrests have been made at this time.
