Winter Storm Toby Brings Springtime Snowfall

The second day of spring seemed more like the second day of winter. Winter Storm Toby, the fourth nor’easter to hit the East Coast, squeezed in one last snow storm on Wednesday, March 21, blanketing NYC with over a foot of snow.
