Van Nest Little League paid tribute to its late great vice president this spring season. Parents, children, local elected officials and local league sponsors, in celebrating the first game of the spring season at VNLL’s Opening Day Ceremony on Saturday, April 14 at 1500 Waters Place. Immediate and extended family of VNLL’s late vice president Anthony Amarosa, a league volunteer for 50 years, were present for a heartwarming dedication ceremony for the Anthony Amarosa Baseball Complex.

A brand new sign was dedicated in memory of VNLL’s late vice president Anthony Amarosa.
