Councilman James Vacca visited P.S. 83 on Monday, June 19 to dedicate the school’s garden and outdoor classroom space.
Vacca was joined by the school’s principal Brandon Muccino, members of the NYC Department of Education Wellness Committee and the Horticultural Society of New York and second graders to conduct the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
