FedCap Cleans Vacant Outlook Avenue Lot

Councilman James Vacca and FedCap, an organization specializing in community cleanups and neighborhood beautification, helped clear an overgrown vacant lot at Outlook Avenue on Tuesday, September 13 and Wednesday, September 14.

Vacca approved of FedCap’s thorough work on Outlook Avenue’s vacant lot.
