Transportation Alternatives Bronx Activist Committee and the Transportation Alternatives Upper Manhattan Activist Committee hosted a Madison Avenue Bridge Cleanup on Saturday, April 29.
As part of TransALT’s Safer Access to the Harlem River Bridges campaign, activists cleaned the bridge while highlighting the planned street safety improvements of East 138th Street for pedestrians and cyclists and the need for additional improvements on the bridge.
TransALT Bronx and Upper Manhattan activists were ready to clean the Madison Avenue Bridge.
