42nd Precinct

Sunday, January 13 at 9:24 p.m. — The NYPD is seeking the public’s help in identifying multiple individuals in connection with the robbery of a 37year-old man. The incident happened at East 163rd Street and Prospect Avenue. The victim was punched and kicked, before his male attackers took his cellphone, a music speaker and necklace before fleeing. The individuals wanted for questioning are between 18- and 22-years-old (see photo).

43rd Precinct

Sunday, February 3 at 4:15 a.m. — An assault at a car wash was reported to the cops and the NYPD is seeking the public’s help in identifying an individual wanted for questioning. An employee of the car wash at 1440 Westchester Avenue was approached by an unknown man who had a knife and stabbed the victim once in the abdomen. The attack wasn’t provoked. This individual fled on Westchester Avenue. The victim suffered a puncture wound to his stomach. He was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition. The individual sought is described as a Hispanic man in his 20s or 30s who was last seen wearing all dark clothing (see photo).

45th Precinct

Friday, February 1 at 5 p.m. — Cops took a report of a robbery that took place inside of an apartment building at 140 Debs Place. A 34-year-old man exited an elevator and as he did he was approached from behind by three unknown male individuals. One of the individuals had a gun and pistol whipped the victim in the head. The victim’s property was demanded. The three men then forcibly removed the victim’s property. This included a camera, cell phone and a wallet with approximately $1,800 in cash. The victim suffered a small laceration. The victim refused medical attention.

Police in the 49th Precinct would like to interview this person in connection with a grand larceny.

46th Precinct

Tuesday, January 22 at 1:30 a.m. — Cops got a report of a robbery inside of a bodega that is part of a pattern. Two unidentified men entered the store at 3 E. Burnside Avenue, threatened a 54-year-old employee with a gun and demanded property. The individuals took the woman’s purse before fleeing towards Jerome Avenue. About $80 worth of property was taken. No injuries were reported. Both of the individuals are black men between 18 and 25.

49th Precinct

Tuesday, January 22 at 3 p.m.– Police were notified when a woman was contacted by her bank about possibly fraudulent activity with her bank account. An investigation that followed determined that on Wednesday, January 16 another woman, seen in a picture on this page, entered a Chase Bank at 1308 E. Gun Hill Road and used the victim’s information to withdraw $12,000 from her bank account. The individual is described as a female Hispanic between 30 and 40 years old. She was last seen wearing a black hooded jacked and dark pants.

Cops in the 43rd Precinct would like to interview this individual concerning a robbery on Sunday, February 3.
