Bus Driver Killed In Castle Hill Hit & Run

Police need your help solving a fatal hit and run that happened in Castle Hill.

According to police, Yun Ko, a 62-year-old Korean immigrant and a 15-year veteran Bronx bus driver, was fatally struck near the corner of Randall and Zerega avenues on Tuesday, September 25 at 5:50 a.m.

Ko, a Flushing, Queens resident, had just exited from a Queens city bus taking him to his job at Logan Bus Company before he was killed.

He had suffered multiple traumas and was rushed to Montefiore Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

No vehicle was found at the scene and police are investigating the incident as a hit and run.
