40th Precinct

Tuesday, September 4 at 2:05 a.m. — Cops were notified of an incident in which shots were fired in front of 596 Courtlandt Avenue. A black female fired several shots at 15-year-old young man and hit him once in the back.

The woman then allegedly gave the gun to a male accomplice and they fled on the scene on East 150th Street. The victim was taken to a local hospital in critical but stable condition.

The woman had black hair in a pony tail and was last seen wearing a black shirt with the words ‘Saint Pablo’ printed in orange on the front of the shirt, black sneakers and blue jeans. The man with her was last seen wearing gray shorts, a white tank top and blue sneakers.

41st Precinct

Thursday, September 6 at 1:07 a.m. — Cops responded to a 911 call of a man needing help inside of a Hunts Point warehouse at 240 Food Center Drive.

They found a 41-year-old male forklift operator with head trauma when they arrived at the location. EMS responded and took the man to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

44th Precinct

Wednesday, September 5 at 3:19 a.m. — Police responded to Bronx Lebanon Hospital regarding a walk-in victim with a gunshot wound to the head. They found a 21-year-old who had been shot and was in critical condition. Cops learned that an incident took place at the corner of Selwyn Avenue and East 172nd Street. The victim later succumbed to his injuries.

45th Precinct

Monday, August 20 at 8:38 p.m. — Cops got a report of a of auto collision at the intersection of Wissman Avenue and the Throgs Neck Expressway Service Road that turned out to be a fatal. When they got to the scene, a 23-year-old man with head trauma was lying in the roadway. EMS took this man and another 47-year-old man to Jacobi Medical Center. Based on a preliminary investigation, it was revealed that a 2018 Jeep Cherokee driven by the 47-year-old man was traveling on the service road when the operator attempted to make a turn onto Wissman Avenue. As he was turning, he collided with a 2018 Yamaha All Terrain Vehicle. The 47-year-old was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Take a Breath Test. The 23-year-old died on Friday, August 31.
