The NYC Health Department celebrated the completion of the NYC Mural Arts Project’s second health mural on Wednesday, August 1 at the East 176th Street corridor between Jerome Avenue and Davidson Avenue in Mount Hope. The mural, created by muralist Jon Souza and Community Access members, is part of the city’s effort to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma by building social and neighborhood cohesion.
