The streets of City Island were filled to the brim with ghouls and ghosts at this year’s Halloween Parade on Tuesday, October 31. Hosted by the City Island Chamber of Commerce, the parade featured children and their families marching from Hawkins Place to Pelham Cemetery on Minnieford Avenue in their spookiest Halloween attire.
Ghosts, ghouls and supervillains were ready to paint the town red.
