Firefighters combated a two-alarm fire last week in Pelham Parkway. According to the FDNY, the fire originated on the sixth-floor of a 7-story building on 2090 Barnes Avenue just before 5 p.m. on Monday, May 29. No serious injuries were reported, however dozens of residents were displaced by the incident. Fire marshals are still investigating the cause of the blaze. Photo by Edwin Soto
