Thursday, October 27 at 5:35 p.m. — Cops got a report of a robbery inside a grocery store at 2001 Westchester Avenue.

A suspect walked into the location and pulled a firearm at 48-year-old employee and demanded money. T

he suspect then fled the location with $50. He is described as a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt and mask with a gun.

Friday, October 21 at 11:50 p.m. — Cops got a report of a suspect stealing $480 in cash as a deli at 125 E. 157th Street was closing its gate. T

he person committing the theft is described as a black woman who is about 20-years-old and 120 pounds. She entered the location as an employee was closing the front gate and stole the money from a register.

45 Precinct

Sunday, October 9 at 6:30 a.m. — A robbery occurred in Throggs Neck when a livery cab driver stopped to drop off passengers at Barkley and Hollywood avenues. Two men punched the victim in the face and then took the victims cell phone and $300. They fled the location on foot. The 68-year-old livery cab driver suffered bruising to his face and was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi where he was treated and released.

Sunday, October 9 at 6:45 p.m. — Police received a report of a robbery inside a health food store at 2154 White Plains Road. Someone approached a 20-year-old employee and brandished a knife, demanding money. The employee opened the cash register and the person sought took about $385 and fled. The person sought is described as a black man who was about 30-years-old, six-feet-tall and 180 pounds.
