Community Board 11 honored four police officers at its general board meeting held on Thursday, June 23 at Einstein College’s Lubin Hall. The board bestowed award plaques to NYC Department of Sanitation Borough Operations superintendent Brian Hogan; NYPD Lieutenant Kishon Hickman and 49th Precinct Bike Patrol officers Roger Rachelski and Juan Sanchez for best embodying the motto of ‘to protect and serve’ the community.
