Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. joined Bronx Parks Commissioner Iris Rodriguez-Rosa and John Krawchuk, New York City Department of Parks and Recreation Historic Preservation director, on a Friday, April 8 tour of the historic Orchard Beach promenade.
In his recent ‘State of the Borough’ address, Diaz said he has committed $10 million in capital funding toward the landmark’s renovation.
