Scooter Driver Injured At Zerega Ave.

A scooter driver is recovering from a leg injury he sustained when trying to avoid an open car door.

According to a witness, on Thursday, November 30 around 10 a.m., a motorist was parked on Zerega Avenue with his vehicle door open when the driver of a motorized scooter swerved to avoid the open door, but lost control of the scooter which fell onto of him resulting a leg injury.

Police said no arrests were made following the accident.
